Description
We are looking for housemates to share our co-living complex fully designed by the owner/architect. This living space is designed, constructed, and operated to create a comfortable WFH/WFA environment in an integrated manner. The bedroom with a private bathroom is fully furnished with a work desk, chair, wardrobe, and a bed with extra storage, which is optimized for WFH/WFA. Additionally, this building has its own co-working space in the basement.
Note: Maximum stay is 90 days.
The space:
Our housemates are young professionals and interns who are involved in design, architecture, IT, music, and more. We come from diverse backgrounds and are active in a variety of genres. We respect each other and try to make our stay pleasant and comfortable so everyone can focus on what they want to do in NYC. We are looking forward to meeting new housemates who are excited to move to the city.
